This was documents referring to the minimal requiring necessary for certification of the professional competence of companies and specialists working in refrigeration and air conditioning, that must be respected from all EU Countries including Romania.
UE offer the possibility to exprim observation and points of view of members countries and that must be done this mounth.
The deadline for take action of Aticol nr. 5 and The regulation 842/2006 (referring to certification of the professional competence of companies and specialists working in refrigeration and air conditioning) was 4 th July so AGFR and PFACR made efforts to solve all this problems with success.
