AGFR Info — objectives of the Romanian Refrigeration Association

This Romanian Refrigeration Association has succeeded to achieve the following 2 major objectives:

1. There were elaborated four packages of concrete measures in the field of:

• Protection of the environment and management of the refrigerants;
• Development and establishment of a Code of Practice under the National CFC Phase out Plan for Romania;
• Certification of the professional competence of companies and specialists working in refrigeration and air conditioning, training of specialists by means of courses - Project SWEDEN cooperation.

2. Second hand equipment;
3. Reglementărilor vamale.

In July 2006 The Romanian Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Association (NC) initiated the process and to provided needed support the MEWM in the establishment of this working group.
